During my quiet time with the Lord, I felt in my spirit, the Lord calling me up higher and felt led to listen to Gary Rea’s song, “Suddenly“. And as I listened, I felt suddenly swept up to the heavenlies where He showed me a whirlwind of familiar places: a most luscious green meadow lined with purple and blue flowers wildly growing, sunflowers in the nearby distance, purple and pink fuchsias growing on a white fence, a massive tree with far reaching branches in all directions (where I have often danced with Jesus or sat closely with Him), and a quaint wooden bridge spanning a peaceful stream. As I write this, I sense that some of you have visited these scenes as well…
Immediately, I was like a child as the Lord lifted me up on His shoulders to show me things from His perspective. Earth was far below us. And He pointed out the display of lights all over the globe. As my heart asked what He was showing me, the Holy Spirit repeated,
“Unite the Lights! Unite the Lights!”
Instantly I was reminded of a vision He gave me a few days after posting “Dread Champions…Are You Ready?” Here is what I shared:
While worshipping Saturday evening, during “All Consuming Fire”, I heard the Lord say, [I have another urgent message, Daughter.]
I then saw white-gray clouds – very thick – but I was above the clouds – not under them where the potential to be affected by the storm was greater…[Come up higher – Come up higher. See from My perspective – an eternal perspective. This is where your focus must be and remain at all times. Be purposeful – Be Kingdom focused – For the violent take it by force! Army arise – arise from your slumber – from the distractions of the flesh world around you. Speak up! Be no longer silent! Raise your voices. Speak up – lest you be led to the slaughter! Arise. Arise. Arise and shine forth My light in this dark and depraved world!]
Next, I started soaring higher again – above the earth and saw the brilliant lights of His Army spread over the globe. They were moving together causing their light to be magnified. Where 2 came together, the light was as if there were 4 – where there were 4, the light was as if there were 16 gathered…[Fear not My Children – My Dread Champions – you are not alone. You once felt scattered, but I am gathering you together. What the enemy has used for harm through social media, I am using to ignite My Army. Sound the Alarm! Arise Army. Arise! I am coming soon.] – (See Matthew 11:12, Philippians 2:15, Isaiah 60:1, Jeremiah 20:11)
A few months later, the Holy Spirit led me to a prophetic word by Ryan LeStrange posted on Elijah List called “The Hubs Are Arising!” Ryan wrote:
“I was in prayer, seeking God about His plans for the nations, when suddenly a vision erupted in my spirit. I saw light springing forth from various places in the world. As I looked, I could see this all over the globe. I literally saw a network of lit-up places all connected; it looked like some type of digital map.”
And now, once again, the Lord is bringing this vision back…but with a call to action: “Unite the Lights!” I sense such urgency in this command! So how do we do this?
We stop dividing. That’s how!
Think about how easy it is to divide by simply comparing and contrasting. I know how easy it is to compare my flaws to another Christ-follower’s strengths. Or how about contrasting the differences between various types of churches? Is it in our best interest to point out how we don’t like how a church structures their services rather than focus on how they’re reaching the lost in their particular niche? Do we honor and glorify God when we boast about our church while putting down another? When we grumble and complain about our job in response to someone else’s promotion? When we criticize one another’s political views with ugliness and disgust? Of course not!
As a result, we cause nothing but division…and THAT is the opposite of UNITY! Just go to Facebook and see the evidence of division among Christians. With such brutal attacks at each other over differing opinions, I just shutter at how easy we make it for the enemy of our soul to gain ground. I’m speaking to ALL Christ-followers when I say,
We have a common enemy…and it’s NOT each other!
We must be conscious of the words we speak. Do they bring life or death? Do they bless or curse? Do they divide or unite the Lights? It is our job…our calling…our purpose to glorify God and advance His kingdom! And the best way to do this, is as a united front against our common enemy!
Matthew 5:14-16 – “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
Acts 13:47 – For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, “‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’”
Ephesians 5:8 – “For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light…”
Isaiah 42:6 – “I am the Lord; I have called you in righteousness; I will take you by the hand and keep you; I will give you as a covenant for the people, a light for the nations,…”
Philippians 2:12-15 – “…Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear. For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases Him. Do everything without complaining and arguing, so that no one can criticize you. Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people.”
Just watch the news or view Facebook for any length of time and we get bombarded by Christian persecution right here in America by our own government and media. Top that with racial division, government division, church division, etc, it can be pretty easy to get disheartened and jump to take sides.
We may be facing the darkest times we’ve ever experienced, but God is our Light and He shines His light on us. And darkness CANNOT overcome the light…EVER!
We are on the cusp of the greatest revival the world has ever seen. We are God’s Light-Bearers and He is counting on us to Unite the Lights and advance His kingdom…to bring heaven on earth…to host His presence…to reach up and reach out to a lost world!
I pray you too have felt stirred or maybe even convicted reading this article. I pray it moves you closer to God…ever more humbly surrendered to Him and encouraged to bring unity and not division.
Arise! Unite! And let your light shine!
